Adding Passwords in Vault Records 

To add a new vault record for storing passwords in the Vault:

1. Navigate to Robots > Vault.
2. Click Add Vault Record. The Vault Record Details page is displayed.
3. Choose Passwords from the Template drop-down list.
4. Enter a unique name for Identifier, and click Add. The Password Entry Details pane is displayed. 
5. Enter the Username and Password.
6. Choose the preferred Bot from the list. 
7. Enter the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) / IP address.
8. Add Note if required.
9. Click Save. The new record is saved and displayed in the Vault Records.
   
   The following example shows the identifier "myGmail"  for the  template "Passwords" for storing the password.
   
   You can add multiple password values in a single Identifier .
